Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@elysiumglow.com. Provide details of the issue along with your order number, and we will resolve the issue promptly. Such orders are not subject to return shipping charges, provided the original packaging is retained.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order after placing it, please email support@elysiumglow.com with your reason for cancellation within 24 hours to make your request.

Initiating Returns
